The criteria to be include on your layout for this country are as follows:
1. A photo with MORE than two people to represent the dense population of Holland
2. Use some orange (must be visible) to support the national colour
3. Include a pinwheel as you can't go far without seeing a windmill

The samples are all lovely too... Now I just have to find a pinwheel (I may be googling how to make them )
