Re: Scraplift Cyber Crop Chat
Did he wake up feeling better today Chloe?
No ... still not 100%
Vomiting every hour / hour and a half through the night.
Hasn't vomited for 8 hours now, just dry retching .... but has kept fluids down for that 8 hours so that's good.
Hope everyone else had a great weekend! I haven't had a chance to catch up on the challenges but love seeing everyone elses!!!!

Re: Scraplift Cyber Crop Chat
wahoo Vicki! Hope you enjoyed it!!
Not much happening here.. worked the 3 day week last week (it was CRAZY busy-making wreaths etc for ANZAC day..) we didn't do anything for ANZAC day itself, but yesterday we took the kids to the "Avenue of Honor" which was made in honor of the soldiers lost in Afghanistan, after a local lad died a few years ago. There is even a plague for the dogs that have died in duty too.It is a bit surreal- to the drive past it just looks like a walk with trees lining the path (Flame Trees) but there is something significant walking the path and reading the plaques and poems along the way,and the wall of names-really hit home to me. There are seats along the way for you to "reflect" upon things. Kids really didnt understand it (but being 6 and 8 thats understandable!) but I felt very sad when we had done the walk. (this pic is just a teeny part of it to give you idea- imagine when the trees of "Flames" are matured in a few years)
Today I worked again- its been crazy once again and about to get worse with Mothers Day next week- it is the BIGGEST week of a florist and last year I could barely walk by the end of it lol !

that would have been special to walk along there and acknowledge those who have served. What a lovely place of reflection.
