30 is great. I would love to be 30 again instead I am a bit too close to 50 for my liking. No idea where the years have gone Shocked

thanks Deb! I am going to be 29 tomorrow, I have spent most of today wondering where the past 29 years have gone, and realised that I have spent 1/3 of my life with my husband and have been with my husband longer than the time I had with my Dad as he passed away when I was 9. So strange how life pans out. I hope this year will be a good one, you just never know what lies around the corner.

p.s. you don't look a day over 30!

Is Canberra buzzing with people for ANZAC day Ali? We usually go to our local service but we have thunderstorms and torrential rain here today. If it were just Mick and I we would go as it is quite important to us, but I know Annika wouldn't cope.

A quiet day at home today, we are all feeling pretty flat I think thanks to the weather! Anyone else besides Ali scrapping today??

Yeah Kate, the Royal visit plus ANZAC Day means the city is pretty packed. Chilly but perfect weather for the Dawn Service, it's always so beautiful but eery to see the huge crowd (over 35 000) appear out of the darkness as dawn breaks.

one page is a good effort Chloe!
Kristal, my sister and brother in law who live in Cairns (he is in the Navy) went to go march yesterday and several of the Navy personnel couldn't march because the soles of their shoes fell off! The glue that holds the shoes together had melted because of the heat up there throughout the year apparently and so several of them (including my brother in law) couldn't march.

What's happening today? I have a roast to cook this afternoon!!

I scrapped two LOs yesterday - go me! ROFL

Sadly I can't load my creations into the gallery though as it's claiming its full Sad

I've decided to take radical action (since Vicki is away having a fun weekend somewhere fabulous) and load my my LOs into the challenge threads Shocked

And then I think I might do some more scrapping as I've the house to myself for awhile.

What's everyone else up to?
