Ciao, You've made it to ITALY!
Your sponsor for this leg of the race is Vicki from Burdy's Handmade Embellies!
Those of you who purchased a kit may have noticed the cute felt stamp stack. This may be used to help you meet one of the criteria for this leg of your journey.

The criteria to be included on your layout for this country are as follows:
1. Food theme
2. Layered embellies - to represent the colosseum
3. Off centre and angled - just like the leaning tower of pisa

How I met the criteria:
1. Food theme: Fries!!!! In photo and title
2. Layered embellies - to represent the colosseum: Faux and actual layers as can be seen on the page
3. Off centre and angled - just like the leaning tower of pisa: photo and tiltle are off centre and angled

here is my entry.......all criteria is met........food related - yep

leaning.....not centered or straight....yep, my pps and photos are on a slant

This was a fun challenge and a great stop!
I did a double lo as i wanted all these pics in to tell the story!

Criteria! I used Food theme
Layered embellies
and off center and angled!

I like taking photos of food. Here we're in a Restaurant inside the Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. Lots of food photos, all angled and not in the centre. I've got layered embellies, including a teabag folded embellie I made which is layered folded up squares.

The criteria to be included on your layout for this country are as follows:
1. Food theme - Hot Dog
2. Layered embellies - to represent the colosseum - 4 layered embie. Purple pumpkin red felt doiley,and circle flower, paper doiley, string, some tickets and a journalling square
3. Off centre and angled - just like the leaning tower of pisa - photos are at an angle and so is the pp that I have used.

Ciao, I've finally made it to ITALY! Another Country another 3 criteria to meet for this leg of the race, Oh the Colosseum and the Leaning tower of Pisa how can I resist!!!!

Here is my Layout, which includes all three of the criteria.

1. Food theme - scrumptious chocolate dipping bowls and strawberries YUMMM!! I used the doily to represent my plate, and then stitched on those swirls of chocolate, was totally craving chocolate the whole time I scrapped this one!!!

2. Layered embellies - to represent the Colosseum - lots of layers, papers, doileys, double layered chocolate flowers with rich red ruby centers .....mmmm can you see my drooling for those choc covered strawbs!!!

3. Off center and angled - just like the leaning tower of Pisa - yes its all angles on this layout!!!

Here is my page for Italy.......a little late but it's done now.......I used the food theme to show my daughter learning how to use a knife cutting her vegies. I've angled the photo and used layers.
