I have finished my layout. The title is Koktil, which is Indonesian for cocktail. The photo is of a strawberry daiquiri I had in Seminyak on a holiday I went on with my Aunt this year.

For Detour #2 to meet the criteria I have used the foreign words - VENTRE TEMPS which is French for TUMMY TIME!!!

I've used Pang uk as my title which when directly translated from Chinese means 'shack house' but it's also used to describe these stilt houses too.

I met the criteria for this detour by using the words 'mon ami' on my set of three cards. This means in French 'My Friend!"

Here is my detour 2 challenge with foreign words on it.
I have used Lykavittos und ansicht von athen which means Lycabettus Hill and Athens view

Here is my layout for the detour using a foreign language title/ subtitle. I have called mine elles es tres belle which is, I hope, they are beautiful.

I have used the Spanish word "Delicioso" which means "Delicious"

My son recently had his tonsils removed so I decided to do a set of three cards - for the nurses, the ENT and the anesthetist. Unfortunately that meant two male cards which are sooooo not my forte. I have used the same design across the three cards and put "merci" on the little silhouette cut banner.

Hi all,
In honour of world card making day on the 6th, I decided to do a set of cards for this challenge. I made 3 christmas cards up for my in laws with Polish christmas sentiments on them as my hubby's family are Polish.

here's my submission for detour 2..."the windmill" photo was taken by my DH back in circa 1984 when he was visting his relatives in his mother's birth country, the Netherlands. When we were on holiday my daughter made a friend with a little boy from Germany so I have done a page using New Friends in German - Neue Freunde.

I've used Latin for strength and courage which is tattooed on my foot. Fortitudo et Virtus

My layout is titled Terima Kasih which means thankyou in Indonesia; for all the great shoe shopping!
