November Embellishment Swap - We wish you a Merry Christmas

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP

Here is the sign-up thread for the November handmade embellishment swap...our theme is 'Christmas'

The way this swap will work is you will make a set of embellishments (all the same), enough for one for each person in the group. (Eg, if 8 people in the swap, you will make 8 embellishments).
These are to be no larger than 2 to 3 inches in size. You can make any type of embellishment you wish as long as it is something that relates to Christmas, is able to be posted in an A5 envelope, and is something that is suitable to be used on a layout or card. If it doesn't fit in an A5 envelope then chances are it is too big and will need to be made smaller. Please do not send anything larger than an A5 envelope as the postman will not leave it in my mail box. It is a nightmare dragging 3 kids into the post office to get the envelopes so no bigger than A5 please.

Once you have completed your embellies, you will send them all to Me (Billie), then I will send you back one of everyone's embellies (including your own). You will also need to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Please ensure your return envelope is A5 in size and that you send sufficient stamps to cover postage!!! (Please PM me if you don't have my address!)

Embellishments will need to be completed and sent to Me, (Billie) by the end of November.

Sign-ups for this swap will remain open until the second week in November, after which time I will confirm groups and final numbers.

Woohoo, two full groups

Yay, I'll cap it at two groups so we can get started on these. OMG this would have to be a first, groups organised before the start of the month!!

Hehe This is awesome!! Hopefully it continues on in such a fashion that everyone gets them to you before the end of the month!!

Can i suggest we add what we are making beside our name this month or add a pic like we used to so we don't all make the same thing!

sorry but I don't have any ideas until i'm actually sitting down and making them. Sorry to spoil the fun but I change my mind so many times before I actually have the final product in my hands!

great idea Vicki, and Alana, as long it is something you would use but bear in mind not everyone makes cards.

Fair enough Shaz, they could easily go on LOs as well. Does anyone in group 2 have an objection to a stamped image? Something nice and generic like a teddy bear with a stocking?
