April Embellishment Swap!

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP AND PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP IF YOU INTEND TO SEND YOUR EMBELLIES!

Here is the sign-up thread for the APRIL handmade embellishment swap...our theme is 'Banners!'

The way this swap will work is you will make a set of embellishments (all the same), enough for one for each person in the group. (Eg, if 8 people in the swap, you will make 8 embellishments).
These are to be no larger than 2 to 3 inches in size. You can make any type of embellishment you wish as long as it is a BANNER, is able to be posted in an A5 envelope, and is something that is suitable to be used on a layout or card. If it doesn't fit in an A5 envelope then chances are it is too big and will need to be made smaller. Please do not send anything larger than an A5 envelope.

Once you have completed your embellies, you will send them all to Me (Vicki), then I will send you back one of everyone's embellies (including your own). You will also need to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Please ensure your return envelope is A5 in size and that you send sufficient stamps to cover postage ($1.20)!!! (Please PM me when you are ready to post if you don't have my new address!! )

Embellishments will need to be completed and sent to me by the end of April. If you are having trouble getting them done in time, please let me know!

Sign-up for this swap now!! When signing up, please indicate whether you would prefer to make 6inch banners or 12inch, and we will go with the majority once numbers are confirmed!

Ok... so we have only have one size request, so we will go with 12inch!!

We currently have 7 people signed up, but lets make 8 and see if we can't fill the last spot! Therefore, make sure the banner you make is one you love and wouldn't mind using more than once, in case you get two back! hehehe!

I designed my banner today and will be cutting and putting them all together tomorrow! Might even post a pic when i'm done!!

I didn't get to play today! Emma was very clingy. Hopefully I will get them done tues now. We r very busy tomorrow.

Awesome Annette! I'll keep an eye out for them! I ran out of twine for mine, so am waiting on an order which will hopefully arrive today so i can get them all done!

I'll be finishing mine off over the weekend and posting them on Monday - I hope that's ok?

Sorry Mine are in the mail monday I had them made and the 2 year old decided to help me, Hence they all had to be remade, osrry for the delay

Oh no Melinda! Grr to the kiddies hey! My 5yr old was actually a great help tho, she cut all the shapes out on my cricut for me to stick together!

I spoke to my friend and she'd forgotten She said she could do them by the end of this week if we want to wait... Do we??

I haven't received any yet and I did tell everybody to make 8 just in case so she can if she wants to!
