Ch 3: Sue's Colour Challenge
The "Pink Ribbon" Challenge!
This month, as it is is "Pink Ribbon" month in honour of breast cancer awareness, my challenge is a "Pink Ribbon" Challenge. For this challenge you will need to scrap a layout featuring an important female in your life. You will also need to include the following criteria:- pink ribbon (must be clearly visible)
- polka dots
- a handmade button (this can either be something you have made yourself or something you have purchased that someone else has made)
Here is my example layout...
Entries for this challenge will need to be uploaded to the gallery by midnight, 31st October.
The winner of this challenge will receive a gorgeous September kit from Tidbitz in Time!!!
Check this out...

Fabulous LO Sue!
And I'm totally loving this challenge...
The pink ribbon and all it's symbolises is very close to my heart.
I've lost two Aunt's to breast cancer, my SIL had just completed her radium treatment, one of my BFF's was diagnosed just two weeks ago with her fourth recurrence, and when I was 30 my life was turned upside when my doctor said that that a lump in my left breast was cancer. For the survivors, the scars heal, but the fear is always lingering in the back the mind.

Re: Ch 3: Sue's Colour Challenge
Just uploaded my layout for this challenge...loved it, thanks Sue for the inspiration! I've altered a button, hope this passes as 'handmade' I had an old white fabric button which I've glimmer misted & glimmer glazed around the edges, then used a rub-on.
Re: Ch 3: Sue's Colour Challenge
Guess what? The first monthly challenge I start and it's a girl one! Got my background painted (loving that thanks for the new addiction Sue and Charm!) and my DAS button made. Just waiting for it all to dry. Hope to get it finished before we go away.
