hmmmmm I tend to agree with you Sue about the papers....don't think that the ticket is an issue either, I'd really just count it as an embellie as you bought it like that.....

Oh dear, I didn't mean to offend with the comment about the ticket, Sue. It was just that I was looking back on #4 of the criteria. :o Like I said I think your layout looks fantastic

Joy, this is this ladys interpretation of the criteria.....we all see and interperate things differently....honestly, this if for fun.......the LO above is fantastic as are all the ones in our gallery.....I really haven't seen one that hasn't followed the criteria in our gallery....no pp's to me means you can't use any extra pp's I don't see any extra pp's in the LO's in our gallery........I see lots of clever ideas and great LO's, no AMAZING LO's!!

Yes, I agree Kathie, the gallery does look fantastic, but, like you said we apparently all see things differently, & I see the interpretation as no pps or extra bits of paper at all , this is what I meant when I

Don't worry about offending me, I was not offended in the slightest by your comments, I was happy with my interpretation of the criteria and really that is all that matters to me.

I think we should ALL leave the matter of this challenge criteria in the past now, as I don't wish to focus on this any longer. It has been given far too much time as it is. Perhaps if we were participating for large prizes (or even small ones) it might be worth debating, but seeing as it was a challenge simply for enjoyment, this is a waste of time. Furthermore, if there were a problem with someone's adherence to challenge rules, I am sure that it would be addressed by the appropriate parties.

ummm. i couldnt think where to write this so here will do... iv taken photos of all my LOs again in the sun... n uploaded them... now there is double... umm sorry ooppps... do i leave them all there or delete the cruddy ones or???

can i just say sue i think... no winners for this challenge this month... and the prize be carried over into next month coz this is getting pathtic really... too much fuss... n hving no winner n just seeing everyones skills is enough for me... should be for everyone else too

Due to the controversy this challenge has caused, i WILL NOT be awarding a prize this month. I hope we can put all the misunderstandings from this month behind us, and move forward next month with this FUN challenge, with the knowledge that everybody interprets instructions differently and therefore will have a different idea as to how to work with the given criterias.

Being a FUN challenge, this gives everybody a chance to step outside of what they would normally do, and to try something different on their layouts. We have never said that a criteria MUST be done a certain way, it is all up to YOUR OWN personal interpretation of the criteria. We like to keep this forum fun, and to let all members explore their own creativity!

well said vicki! i think its only fair... the dare challenge is my fav challenge of the entire month... and iv left it to the last min coz its just been pipping me off seeing all this junk being said... i also propose that if controversay takes over next months dare challenge... we never have a winner and just have this as an "inspiration" type challenge instead

I agree with the no winner. On saying that, I think all the LO's for this challenge were fantastic, & I did leave some love for them in the gallery

May i say im having a blast doing all of these layouts and for me its all about having fun being creative and i think its something we all love doing!!! im not in it for the prizes im in it to show you guys what i can do and learn off others!!!
