Post by Guest Tue Mar 02, 2010 9:25 am

Hi - I have never done any sort of scrapbooking before but want to get into it now that we have two children and plenty of photo's to do something with. I want to get into digital scrapbooking though - can anyone offer me some advice? We use a mac so I am trying to figure out the best software to buy that I can use on it to start my scrapbooking hobbie - any recommendations would be appreciated!!

Hi Lisa and welcome to top 50. I've never done digi, unless you class the sketches that I do as digi!! Very Happy I'm sure that some of the ladies have tried it and will be able to assist you.....I'm just not sure what to recommend or where to send you.....

Hi Lisa! Welcome aboard! I'm afraid I don't have much advice to offer you in this area either, as I have never done any digi scrapping. I am sure someone will be able to help you out though! (I know a few of our members use Macs too.) As far as programs go, I am sure there are heaps out there, but most people I know use Photoshop (Elements) or something similar.

I would recommend having a look through our digital topsites page http://www.scrapbookingtop50.com.au/digitaltopsites/ as many of those listed will have free advice / tutorials for beginners.

Good luck!
