New Banner Challenge

We need your help!! With our new look forum, we need a new look banner!! So we challenge you to create a scrapped banner for our site. Your banner needs to be scrapped as 12 x 4.5 inches and must include the clearly visible words 'Scrapbooking Top 50 Australia'. It is entirely up to you how you scrap it and what you include on it, but for us to even consider using it as OUR banner, it must match the colours of the forum.

There is no prize for this challenge, however the banner that is choosen as the favourite will be used on not only the forum but also the Top 50 home page, and Topsites pages, so you and everybody else will see it everytime you do anything on the Top 50 site!!

Have fun and we can't wait to see what you all create!!
Please have entries uploaded to the 'Banner Challenge' folder in the TOP 50 GALLERY by midnight Jan 31st!!

I'm half way through my scrapped banner! I just went shopping for some white alpha thickers at Spotlight today and they had NONE! D'oh!!! I'll have to go to my local scrapbooking store next week. (It's not that local - lol!) Other than that, it's coming along nicely!

Look forward to seeing what people come up with!

Mine came together pretty quickly today (I just had to wait for my Spritz spray to dry!) I surprised myself, because I didn't plan at all - just started adding stuff and that was what came out!

(A lot of my scrapping has been like that lately, I haven't had to think as much and it has flowed really well. )

I'm usually like that Sue - except this time! I have done sketches and drafts etc. and I've had to shop for certain things... plus make things that don't exist 'cause they don't seem to sell what I specifically want. It's all good though - because it just pushes the boundaries of my creativity hey!?!

Yes I've really enjoyed the banner. I'll hopefully have it completed and photographed tomorrow. I've got heaps to do on the weekend 'cause were chucking a party for DD2 at our place... but I don't think I can wait much longer!!! :face:
