Why do all CT positions require a blog? I don't have one so don't bother applying.

I think it is so you can promote the site through your blog.

They don't always need one, it's usually just so they can see your work. Many DT call-outs I've seen will either accept a link to a personal blog or other online gallery with your work in it. Don't restrict yourself from applying just because you don't have a blog! So long as you have an online gallery (such as the SBT50 gallery), just send them a link to that instead. If they love your work, they won't care if you don't have a blog!
I say have a go if you would like to be on a DT Emma! Even if they say no, you are in no different position than you are now. But if they say yes... :cheers:

I've found the best place to keep an eye out for DT call-outs is Just Calls & Crops. (Michelle always knows what's going on and is a member here.)
