This is my take on this months mood board.  I haven't done a challenge in what feels like forever but as soon as I saw that board I knew I needed to have a go.

My inspiration was taken from the pic with the butterflies and the crackle in the background.  Gorgeous!!

Chloe when I want to stick down lots of sequins I lay down some thick matt medium and just pour the sequins on top, push them down a little and once dry, shake off the excess. No way I have patience to do it any other way

WOW Ros, this looks awesome! Thanks so much for joining in!! Love your tip about gluing sequins too, i would be the dummy sitting there trying to glue them individually!! lol!!

You cant really see it in the photo but there is a very light butterfly stamp all over the page. I didn't want it to be too much but instead you cant even see it LOL

I am so excited, i have done something very different (for me) for this challenge! I have been wanting to scrap our Qld 2013 holiday pics in a combined 12x12 / Project Life album, but have been a little scared to try the PL element of it. Well i found the colours of this challenge perfect for some of my photos, and decided the time was right to have a play, and i am sooo happy with it!! There are heaps of other photos to go with this day of our holidays, which is why there is no location or date on the page, and i can't wait to continue getting the album complete! I'm not a convert to PL, i just wanted to be able to get all our holiday pics into an album without having to do 100 layouts!
