Vicki's Card (OMG, yes Card! lol!) Challenge!!

Ok... so we all know this year is flying by and if you are anything like me, you probably haven't started making xmas cards, so this is the kick start you need! For my challenge i want you to create a set of 3 different but complimentary Christmas cards!! I'm not going to add any extra criteria as i am sure we all have different styles and its hard when you HAVE to add stuff to such a small space! So thats it... get the ball rolling on your xmas card making!

This is my set of 3 cards...


All entries need to be loaded HERE by midnight Dec 31st!! (Obviously being xmas cards, unless you are super organised and are making them for next year, you will have these finished and photographed prior to christmas!! lol!!)

Those of us who know you well are quietly (OK, maybe not so quietly) sniggering at you doing a card challenge Vick (coz I know how much you loooove them! LOL) Can't wait to see your samples when Miss Emma gives you a chance to finish them!

LOL, your sooooo not funny Sue!! Seriously tho, i really struggle making cards and thought this would be a good idea to get my butt into gear and get some cards made for Xmas!! They will be finished and ready to go by Xmas (this year! lol!)!!

Way to go Vicki - great challenge. Can't wait to see your samples. I don't normally do cards either - but seeing as you are gonna give it a go....I will too!

I am not much of a card maker either but Sues challenge has got me thinking about creating things that I don't usually work on so I am game!

Cards not usually my thing either. But i would love to use up some scraps of chrissy paper from last year so might just see what i can come up with

I've made one Christmas card so far, that exhausted me, cards are HARD! But maybe I should try to make a couple of friends to go with it lol.

LOL, you can do it Ali!! Just keep them simple like i did and they won't seem quite so hard!!

Guess what.....? I have actually done this challenge. Yes - like Vicki I rarely do cards....but I have done 3. Just need to photograph them now to proove it.

I've uploaded my cards. Have some friends coming round for tea tonight and realised I had forgot to post them an xmas card so decided to make one and thought I might as well make 3 for this challenge so sat down this morning before the kids were up and made them. Found it quite therapeutic!
