In most cases postage will be $1.20. If I can squeeze it in for less I will. 
If I have to send as a parcel I will happily cap postage at $4 for you!
Special offer for this weekend - Spend $20 or more and postage is on me
Payment is via direct deposit preferably but I will accept Paypal for amounts over $10 not including postage. This is only because of fees involved with using Paypal.
