When you choose your pic below is a heap of options for sizes. I find the 640 one works best for me

I use 640 for layouts & stuff but I used 320 for my button pics tonight (plus they load a little faster)

sorry I dont know what you are talking about?? lol... I upload all my pics to photobucket then upload to here.... when editing in Photoshop I size them to 550px across.... don't know if any of that helps or makes sense???
