Submission themes due 12th August, 2011

Mini albums - share your latest innovation in mini album creations with us. We're looking for fresh new shapes & designs.

Journalling - it's the core of our scrapping creations and we would love to see some great new techniques and ideas for sharing your story.

Hybrid scrapping - Mixing digital techniques with traditional scrapping designs. We wantt o see how you've used hybrid scrapping on your layout.

Layouts & cards - we are always on the lookout for some fresh new layouts and cards for our galleries. No theme required.

What????? Did they loose some of your LOs? That is not good.

I wasn't too impressed SC. With the layout I had published last year they kept the layout for nearly 9 months and it took 2 or 3 emails before I finally got my layout back - 3 months after it had been published. I never got the free copy of the mag it was it either. SM are so much faster!

I did get paid for something recently, don't know which one though.... and I here that my cards are in the latest mag... need to go buy it now that we don't get the free copy Hope they pay me for those ones!

Yeah you have to wonder whether its really worth it Charm, when you get paid $20 for them to publish your work, but you still have to pay the postage to get the layout to them, then the $10 to buy the mag!! Therefore in the end, you may make $5 out of it if you are lucky!!

yep thats what happened to me and I also had to supply all the supplies that I had on my layout as it was used for a step by step so I didn't really get anything at all in the end

yes missy, you best get your butt to the newsagents and get it ASAP!!! I didn't want to say anything til I knew you'd seen it, but now you know they are in there you may as well know you got THREE pages!!! (You've got 3 cards featured with step by step instructions.)

I know they pay $30 for a step by step, so hopefully they will pay you for each card individually!


PS for everyone - SC pay $30 for a single page LO and $38 for a double

I got a 'yes' for the journalling theme today. (I subbed two and got one yes.)
And yes, it was one I did for here (my sample for my June monthly challenge).

I actually ended up hearing from Casy (the editor) yesterday and she asked if I could possibly post it to them today, so they can bring it forward an issue. (So not sure what gallery they want it for now...LOL)
