June Button and Ribbon Swap!!

piccies of mine - following on from questions about entering swaps... I ended up making most of my buttons, and they're double sided (pattern one side, plain the other) - I didn't like what the shops had around here - or am I just picky mwahahaa

love them all!!

oh wow!!! cant wait.... this makes me want to make my own as well... how did u do them?? sorry guys but based on that... mine are pretty cruddy buttons... but the ribbon is nice

LOL Beccie, I'm hoping no one minds that they're hand made not shop brought!!! They're pretty easy - Vicki told me how so it's her technique and she's much MUCH better at it that my first attempts here..

It's simply 5 or so of the same shape punched out and glued together - simple!!! And then I used my eyelet setter to punch the button holes in the middle while the cardstock was still a little soft from the glue. With some of them I've sealed the whole button, some are left unsealed (I think the plain green ones) so they can be stamped over etc the black ones are my faves (the same paper I used for my 'noo moo' layout alpha's)
