perfect pearls rubbing off?

Hi girls,
I have just recently bought some of Rangers Perfect Pearls
and I have seen the video demos on how to
use them, and they all say to spritz the perfect Pearls with water
afterwards to help it set and apparently it won't rub off.
I have done this but it still rubs off...I can't handle my projects too much
because the powder is coming off when I touch it.
What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?

Hi Scrapmad. Here is what I do: buy yourself a tin of either "nuart" Matt Spray or Helmar's Crystal Kote Matt spray and give the area that is powdering off a spary with either of these products.....you can spray the entire LO, photo included. I do this will ALL LO's that I give as gifts or that I use paint, perfect pearls or pencil on. These products just put a clear coat over the area and "fix" everything so it doesn't powder off any more. Hope that this is helpful to you
