Introduction!! Empty Introduction!!

Post by vickstar Fri Nov 27, 2009 3:46 pm

Seeing as we aren't having a cc in Dec and seeing as it is christmas, i thought we might have a week of christmas card making for anybody who hasn't made their cards yet, or just wants to make some fun funky cards for their family.

I will be giving instructions for 7 cards over 7 days starting Dec 7th!! Each of the cards will be completely different and fun to make. There will be no prizes, these are just for fun and you will have the satisfaction of knowing you have made these cards all by yourself!! Smile

So who is going to join me in some fun card making??

My GD is the same she was 14 mths last Xmas and screamed her head off when getting her photo taken but my DIL still wanted the photo as it tells such a story. She is being brainwashed with all things Santa this year hoping she wont be so scared!

All the cards we will be making will be quick easy cards that look awesome!! Smile If you have a spare 10 minutes, you will have no probs whipping some of these up!! Smile

Now... i must admit, they are not all original designs, some i have seen while hopping around the net and thought they looked awesome and would like to give them a try, so i have made up my own version of them to share with everybody!! Smile Like i said tho, they look awesome and are quick to make so i'm sure you will all be glad i found them!!

Introduction!! Lol I'm not going to give a list of exactly what you will need, cos it will be all about using what you have at hand and being creative!! Smile There is also no tie line as to when you must complete these, so if you don't have something that you would like to add to your cards, you will have plenty of time to get it. I will say that i have used blank Kaiser cards for the base of my cards tho. I find them easiest to work with when making lots of cards!! Smile

If it helps... I prefer plain A5 card when makign my cards... more economical when bought in packs and I purchase it in multi packs so even better... colour ranges match everything perfectly!
