OK, well I've managed to sneak on here for a short while while the 2 youngest kids are both having naps and Mandy has taken mum & Madeline to the shops. We made LOTS of headway on the scraproom last night, so hopefully tonight we will get to actually scrap...LOL. I am itching to get at my 50's challenge...

Well, we spent two hours at playgroup at the kindy Jorja will go to at half year next year, and i tell you what, 2 hrs of chasing 2 kids non stop is VERY tiring!! The kids and DH have all fallen asleep , and i'm ot far off it, although i want to sneak in some scrapping while they are sleeping, so i might just go make a strong coffee!! Smile

It sounds like you are both being really productive..want to come down a bit further when you return and sort my stuff out? LOL

I am home today as I am sick! Feeling a bit better but still have stomach cramps from the virus, it came on yesterday morning at school and I had to teach and run to the bathroom all day! There wasn't anyone who could replace me and we were having a Science day for my year level so I am glad I could make it but it was so hard! The headache last night was dreadful and this morning too so if it comes your way watch out!

Oh Robyn, that sounds terrible, you poor thing! I hope you are feeling better soon.
(And yes, would be happy to come and organise your scraproom, I LOVE organising!!! What a great job that would be...)
And Vick, I know exactly what you are talking about, I felt so relieved when the kids went down for a nap, as between the 3 of them today it has been a madhouse!

I am happy to hire myself out as an organiser - whoever wants to fly me down and let me loose amongst their stash is welcome to!

Mandy and I knocked over another LO each tonight - Mandy got her 80's challenge done and I got my 50's one done!

I am getting a new house - and guess what? Still no scrap room for me! There is a study and a study nook though and even though I was gonna get a corner of the study - I am eyeing of the study nook now........I think it will make a perfect little scrapping area! Hehe.

Not sure if I am up to it.....but on the other hand, it may help me lose weight and that will lengthen my life!!! Its not so easy to lose the kilos sometimes. We have a friend who is a builder and he is going to help with the reno's which is great, I'll probably just get stuck into the painting!! Colour matching is my thing....I love it and love looking at the end results!!
The house will go cheap as its not so good inside. Its in a gret area and where we are at the moment is not so good as we live on a main road....
Thanks for asking
xoxo

Oh Kathy - it is beautiful. Those fire places are to die for and that front entrance and hall is gorgeous. I wish you the best of luck in getting it for a good price. (& if you do get it - can't wait to see what you do with it).
