Re: Daily ramblings
Oh man Vicki. Brian and Randall would have loved that! Brians Collingwood and Randalls Port.
Have been busy just doing house stuff atm. Have a choc chip Hummingbird cake in the oven. Pork chops for dinner. Washing doing. Just normal saturday arvo stuff.
Brians steam cleaned the lounge carpet and Ethans enjoying his new Wiggles dvds.

Re: Daily ramblings
Not sure whats on the agenda today really.
Eli woke at 3.15 and didn't settle again until 5.30. Little monkey was hungry, he didn't eat his dinner. Then Ethan was awake at 6.40.
I want to do some cooking bits and there's always washing. Trying to plan some easter cards in my head so I might go play around with that if the boys sleep at the same time. But then again if I'm too tired I might just have a nap.
No scrapping tonight, V's on. Wasn't that wrapt with it last week but we'll see how it goes.
Have a great day!

Re: Daily ramblings
Yeppie know that feeling Vicki!! I need to get 2 lessons done by tomorrow morning for my class tomorrow.....you would think I'd organize myself better...BUT honestly it was just monday and now it Sunday....Please how does that work?????
Re: Daily ramblings
That's a great playground Vicki, we never actually got ther but drove passed a few time. We spent some time at the Vansittart one though. Got heaps of pics that I must get rpinted off and scrap. Ethan loved it there.
Have spent the day pottering around and doing lots of kitchen stuff.
Cleaned out the fridge. Cleaned out Ethans frozen meals and got rid of the ones he wont eat. Got a roast cook on for dinner alongwith heaps of vegies, loaf of fresh homemade (well by the bread maker) bread, peach crisp and custard for dessert.
Feel like I'm coming down with something atm. Feel like sneezing all the time and have a bit of a headache. So am going to get ready for bed before V starts, then it's nigh nighs when that finishes.

Re: Daily ramblings
Congrats Mel!
Thanks for the well wishes Sue but I woke up not feeling the best. Tried to go back to sleep after I did brekky etc but Eli woke just as I was dozing off. Oh well. Had a shower and fell much better.
We went to the beach tonight. Too cold for me and Eli to swim, but Brian, Randall and Ethan went in. Had a bbq dinner down there which was nice. Took some great pics (well I hope) and will get around to scrapping them one day.

Re: Daily ramblings
Went to town and must say I'm over it!! Well to say that I am over it is probably understatement. I got soooo tired. Plus not much interesting or eye catching! got some thread that I was after and another cartrige for my little sticker and that was it. Got some stuff mum was after. over all not impressed, or I should say not interested and unispired by the whole experience.
And I forgot to go to the Kaiser outlet in one of the arcades! GRRRR. Great seeing my parents and family again. Mum and dad are going to alice for awhile soon so wont see them probably till august when the baby is born or maybe afterwards! Have a good night sleep and a great ST Patrick's Day!!!!

Re: Daily ramblings
Hope you sleep well Retta, I remember how tired I felt when preggers too.
BTW Retta - have you been taking pics of yourself along the way? Make sure you do, coz its great to look back on them and be able to show them to your child one day. I also kept a "pregancy journal", not only just to record my thoughts and what was happening for myself, but it makes it much easier to scrap about your pregnancy too.

Re: Daily ramblings
i think that was because they were earlier in the pregnancy - I didn't put on as much as my other two though
Re: Daily ramblings
lol! I have that magazine with your article, Charm! It is full-on awesome! 2nd time around, I totally exploded in the last month!!! Christmas Day was insane!!! I was at my parents and it was 40 degrees, no aircon, I was reclined in a recliner with a heat pack on my back because my back was totally killing me - I was stuffed. I was massive! I gave birth 2 weeks later! Thank goodness for that! Mind you, Heidi weighed 10lb so that might of had something to do with it!!!

Re: Daily ramblings
Well I only made it to just under 35 weeks, so Brielle was a little pea...LOL
No doubt I will be much bigger next time around!
