Week 1 - TRENDS!!

Welcome to the Scrapbooking Top 50 Aus edition of Monopoly! We hope you are as excited as we are! We have been planning this competition for a couple of months now, and we can't wait to see it all come together and see you all enjoying yourself!

When you signed up for 'SBT50 Monopoly', and were given the 'GO' challenge to complete to get you on the board, you were also asked to 'roll the dice' (pick numbers) that coordinate with the challenge you will be doing each week! We hope you like what you have rolled! lol! If at any stage you forget what you rolled, we will keep a record for you, so you can check back!

Each week is different from the weeks prior, with the challenge covering all areas of scrapbooking! We hope you will love it all!
Week 1 we start off looking at different, current trends in scrapping!

This week, you could roll a 2,3,4 or 5.

You can pick any of the other challenges from this week to complete, but you must include LOTS of bling (for example, rhinestones, glitter, sequins, etc)!

If you purchased the SBT50 Monopoly Players Kit (there are still a couple left if you would like one), you will find a lot of items that will help with this weeks challenges, in particular, a star shaped button from The Trinket Track and/or a stamped calico button from Burdy's Handmade Embellies!!


This week we have an awesome example for you from Monica at The Trinket Track, doing the Washi Road challenge!


All entries this week need to be loaded to the WEEK 1 - TRENDS forum gallery folder by midnight (SA time) Monday 14th October to be in the running for the weekly prize from The Trinket Track!


Entries can still be entered after the above date, and before midnight (SA time) Sunday 8th December to be in the running for the grand prize!

I'm delving into the bling chest too, love that I get cruise the lanes and choose my own destination. Fabulous challenge!

Question please - I drew the Bling Chest, so I chose one of the challenges, and use those 3 products/techniques as well as bling on my layout? Dont want to do anything to send me to Jail, lol
