Ummmmm nope came up quickly didn't it? Where is the year going?? Well happy spring everybody!!

Well, you know what they say about the older you get, the faster the time flies by!
You know it doesn't really seem fair, does it? This is a great theme fof me in more than one way. I don't make enough Spring LOs. I spend most of my time on Summer, Fall and Winter (in that order). AND it's getting cold here since it is the beginning of Fall. I am curious, does the celebration of Easter come in your Fall?

Hey Karen, we celebrate Easter in either March or April, which is our Autumn (Fall)!

It doesn't feel like Spring here it's 12 degrees. Not sure I have any Spring photos but maybe Spring will arrive over the weekend and I get some shots in. Fingers crossed

Karen, all of the Christian holidays we celebrate are identical to the ones you do. It is all the other ones that it gets confusing.

It's not very "Springy" here either right now! It's quite cold, and we have a severe storm warning that has been issued for damaging winds, heavy rain & possible hail this afternoon. (Nice scrappy weather but I really need to go to the shops!)

Still cold down here.. took Trinity for a walk today (shes nearly 2) and got all the way up the street - then it bucketed.. grrrrr.. one wet baby and one wet baby mumma.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to make the chat this month. I have a netball match starting at 7 pm and I'll be leaving home around 6.30 (WA time). Won't be back until 8 pm and by then it will be all over I'm sure. Have fun everyone!

Oh bummer!! Your damn netball always gets in the way Marelize!! Maybe you should suggest they change the day for it once a month!! lmao!!

We have had some cold nights and very rainy days lately, Saturday I saw the sun for the first time in a week. We had temperatures in the 90sF (40C) until this storm front came through. What a terrible way to end a hot and sunny summer. I am hoping for Indian Summer which is what we call a warm and sunny period of time after the summer seems to have ended. The colder nights have been a problem for the vegetables in the garden esp the tomatoes that need the warmth in the nights to help them ripen. We have had "green tomato" years in the past when most of the tomatoes don't fully ripen. I hope to see everyone at the crop.

I'm VERY excited! I haven't scrapped in about 2 1/2 months, and with Sue arriving this week, I'm hoping she will bring some mojo with her. It's just getting back into it after a long break that is hard. Life has been so hectic lately, but I'm looking forward to finding my scrappy side again!
