Sue's "Tone it Down" Colour Challenge

This month my challenge to you is a colour challenge, and you have two colour combinations to choose from...
- BLUE / YELLOW or
- PINK / GREEN

Additionally, you are also challenged to "tone it down" by using lighter shades of your chosen colour combination to give your layout a softer feel. You may also add neutrals (black / white / Kraft) to your colour scheme, but beware that too much black will give your layout a heavier look! Wink

But as I think that would still be too easy, I would also like to see:
- use of a punch (or a die cut shape if preferred) and
- use of at least one 'messy' medium such as ink / paint / mist (I used all three! LOL). Quick tip: white paint / ink can be your friend for toning down brighter colours! Wink

I've finished mine. I've used paint and glimmermist to tone down the colours but you can't really see them but they are there. Will upload on Friday as working the next 2 days.

Linda, we have been using the forum gallery (the "Gallery" button at the top of page) as our main gallery ("Top 50 Gallery") was being repaired.

I am still getting the "too big or corrupted" message no matter what size photo I try.

I chose the light pink and green. For my messy medium, I rolled watercolours on my white CS. For the punch or die cut requirement, I punched a square shape for my definition.
