Opening Night Mini Challenge

When you hear the words Lights, Camera, Action, you probably think of actors on a movie set...

Well, for this challenge, you need to create a card or mini layout (smaller than 12 x 12) paying tribute to the movie industry...

You might opt for a vintage film inspired card or layout or even just “borrow” the title from one of your favourite flicks and apply it to an appropriate photo from your stash to use on your layout as I have done...

I ended up whipping up 3 very quick mini layouts using the movie titles:
- Million Dollar Baby
Opening Night Mini Challenge Millio10

- The Colour Purple (featuring some glorious Burdy's embellies!!!)
Opening Night Mini Challenge The-co10

- A Chorus Line
Opening Night Mini Challenge A-chor10

The choice is yours - movie inspired or titled...

Thanks girls... I just couldn't decide on which one to go with and they are such simple and basic ones that they only took a few minutes each... And yes Charm, I love the old Buzz & Bloom corduroy embellies... Picked them up in every colour (plus the clouds version) the other day at my LSS during their stocktake sale for just 50 cents a pack!

Well... I spent all week trying to come up with an idea and then I finally had one while I was sleeping but no time to do it today as was up out of the house early off to work, then to uni, then to a family dinner, then more uni work. Made a start but I'm not going to get it finished as I'm falling asleep.

Maybe I'll try and sneak it in tomorrow... - shush!- Fingers crossed because there is only one LO in the gallery for this one, I might get that extension I'm hoping for?? Wink
