Happy Easter!!

I would like to wish everybody a very Happy Easter!! I hope you are all doing something fun with your families during the extra long easter break!!

Matt is working all Easter, so we are heading for a day trip to the farm (mum and dad's) tomorrow, as my sister and b.i.l. are down from Strathalbyn for the weekend, so it will be good for the kiddies to see them and have some fun playing farmers on the farm instead of in my lounge room, lol, and then we will be home when Matt gets home from work. We will then be having our easter egg hunt on Monday when Matt is home for most of the day, before he has to have a sleep ready for night shift!

What ever you are all doing, make sure you have a fun and relaxing time, and try fit in some scrappy time, especially since easter bunny has granted everybody an extension (see the cc thread!)!! Woohoo!!

We just had Maddy's first easter egg hunt. She had so much fun. Fingers crossed I got some good pictures of it.

Happy Easter girls...& to everyone glad you are both enjoying the day, we have too with a relaxing lunch at home after that frantic easter egg hunt. Hehe it's a tradition we still do even though my kids are older...& they still love it, I think the eldest gets the same joy we do watching them run around

I think someone had wayyyy too much chocolate! We went to a christening and at the lunch after there was easter eggs everywhere and she was digging into them. I probably should have cut her off but knew she'd chuck a wobbley.
But man I'm paying for it now. She's in her room chucking some major tanty's as she doesn't want to sleep would prefer to watch tv!

Had a nice quiet day yesterday... i was soooo surprised when the boys had put all their chocolate in the fridge by 10am and wanted fruit instead. Then last minute a friend dragged me down to melb to see Disturbed in concert.... was an awesome day!!!!!!

We went to church and then Went on a Heritage train from Tocumwal to Seymour (drove there and then gave the other conductor my keys and she drove our car home).....Pete was the conductor and we had an awesome time....yes we still had to pay just in case you were wondering.....was a nice way to spend the day with him....instead of being separated....nice to hear the rest of you had an awesome Easter too!!
