Challenge 1! Empty Challenge 1!

Our first official CC challenge is brought to you by our Guest DT Judith!! Challenge 1! Icon_smile Your challenge is to use the following AVATAR poster as inspiration to create a layout! You can interpret this challenge any way you want, but be sure to let us know what part inspired you.

Your layout also need to be at least 50% blue, use a head shot photo, and dots/spots!! Challenge 1! Icon_smile

Sue, do you mean does it have to be one photo or can the photo have more than one head in it? My answer would be you can use more than one photo and there can be more than one head but the photos have to be only head shots, if that makes sense.
