Hi guys!
I've been doing som research on his products, especially his distressing ink. I'm not much of a stamper and I lurve the vintage look and was thinking of having a dabble.

Can anyone recommend this product? Any particular colours I should start with? I'm really excited! haha

All of Tim's products are great....just expensive....I'd just purchase 3-4 colours that you would really use lots and then build from there...probably the browns would be good to start with if you are wanting to do vintage....Here is a list of colours that may help
Vintage photo
fired brick
aged mahogany
frayed burlap
old paper
antique lined
brushed corduroy
tattered rose

Hope that this helps you out Bailey

uhhhh... thankyou soo much Kathie. I can get them for around $9.95 & $10.95. Is this a good price?!
I have a workshop this Friday night, and I am looking at purchasing them then in hope that the owner can help me get started!

That price seems pretty good to me...I only just saw it for $14 Tim Holtz distressing Ink Icon_eek the other day. Good luck with it, I too am giving them a whirl...I went with a tea stain brown, I think.

Let us know how you get on Erin. I don't have any Tim Holtz inks (would love some), but just tonight I opened some Tim Holtz distress crackle paint and am anxiously waiting for it to dry! Tim Holtz distressing Ink Icon_biggrin

haha Sue! Yes, Friday can't come fast enough. And it's not due to the last day of the week, but the fact I get to splurge and try a new technique! I will certainly let you know how I go!
Oh, and the crackle paint, let me know how that went too, might invest in some of that too!! uh oh... hehe
