O/N Mini Challenge

Mini-Challenge!

Our mini-challenge this month is being brought to you by our NEW DT MEMBER - ANTHEA!! Welcome to the team Ant!!

This challenge is a warm up for the main CC challenges, which will begin tomorrow. For this challenge you will need to create a card or layout smaller than 12x12 with the criteria, W.I.N.G.S. That is, you will set your own criteria for your card or layout, but the criteria can only start with the letters from the word WINGS, for example, you might use:
White gel pen
Ink
No title
Green colour, and
Stickers

The possibilities are endless!! Other items can be used, but we must be able to see your W.I.N.G.S!!

Here is Anthea's example. Her W.I.N.G.S. criteria is.....
W - white space
I - ink
N - non-scrapping items
G - Glimmermist
S - stickers (letters)



And a close up of the non-scrapping items. The cross is an ornament from a pair of booties and the blingy butterfly is actually a hair pin.





The winner of this challenge will receive a $10 store voucher from Scrap Frames! Scrap Frames is actually closing down, but they still have heaps of products available, and have a progressive closing down discount, which is currently at 50%!! You have to check it out!!



All entries are due in the gallery by midnight WEDNESDAY June 16th!! (Please note the shortened time frame for this challenge, being that it is a mini challenge and is designed to get you ready for the main CC challenges!! )

Ant, I did delete it because Kathie picked up a mistake in the criteria, for the "N" I said "knot" in the bow,
not thinking properly in the wee hours of the morning, that's what I get for trying to get it done so quickly
I'm trying to change it but it's not working, the new card isn't coming up

I saw it this morning - just didn't have time to comment. I had noticed the Knot thing - thanks Kathy for pointing it out. I am sure you will come up with something to 'fix' it. Great card by the way - I think you do cards well.

Thanks Ant, I've fixed it, it's back in the gallery now

D'you know. I just re read the requirements. I did mine 12x12...but on the other hand, I distressed the edges with my cutting knife...so it scrapes in just under 12x12.

I'm not used to scrapping anything less than 12x12! It's so hard for me to get used to. I promise I will read properly next time!
