My challenge for you all this month is to use PAINT!! I don't want you to just slap it on the page though, i want you to get creative with your paint!! There are so many different ways to use it, so i would like you all to try using paint in a way that you have never tried before.

In my example here, i have painted the white paint onto the background with a sponge brush, then i have bubble wrap painted the dark blue over top.

On your layout, i would also like to see:
OLD pp
a journal block
Brads and eyelets
(i know you all have a stash of eyelets in the back of your cupboard, but if you don't and can't find any, let me know and i will send you a small selection to play with!! Smile)

Here are some more examples of different ways that i have used paint:

I have used one of the kids toy tractors to make the pattern around the edge of this page. I had to run the tractor over a piece of spare paper first so it didn't come out too thick and you could still see the patter:

I have used a nailbrush to spread the paint on this page:

For this one, i have dripped the paint directly from the tube:

All the circles on this one were painted, They were originally white cs:

I have used toilet rolls for stamps on this one:

This one has a painted background, then the paint was watered down and splashed all over:

Cool! I do use a bit of paint sometimes but havea heap of ideras on what else to do, think I already know what I am going to do, well I think anyway.

I haven't scrapped for a couple of years so I have HEAPS of old stuff just waitin' to get dusted off.

I must admit though... I am VERY happy to be back into scrapping.
I was feeling a tad rusty when I started out a couple of weeks ago.
Still have lots of cobwebs but it's been great fun trying to find myself again.
