Hello to you all from Boccadice

Hello to everyone. Long time scrapper, who hasn't scrapped for over 5 years, finally getting back to it.

I have organised a weekly scrap day at our local craft guild, so every Wednesday, I WILL get something done! (at least, that is the plan!)

Live in rural NSW (no scrapbook stores for over 100km), married 20 years, daughter doing HSC this year, son in yr 9.

Two cats, two dogs.

Loyal CM album user, but happy to use any and all products.

Not a fan of lumpy pages.

Style tends to be block colours, with few embelishments.

Trying to improve my journalling (cause in the end, the story is what it is all about, isn't it!)

Looking forward to "meeting" new friends.

Hi Boccadice, welcome to the forum. The gals here are a great bunch, many of whom I call friends. I started with CM a couple of years ago at a CM party but have moved very quickly to a more 'lumpy' style becuase I just love anything with lots of texture. In saying that - I am still developing my style and one can never be quite sure what I will come up with next....including me. I agree that scrapping is about journalling - but am terrible in actually doing much of it. There never seems to be enough room at the end of it all to fit it...hehehehe. Look forward to seeing your stuff and getting to know you.

Hi Boccadice, welcome to our little scrappy home! We would love for you to join in our challenges. We all have different styles and its great to see everybodies work. We have all been a little quiet over the school holidays but we should be back into the swing of things next month!
