I don't know how you live without a hairdryer!!!! I don't use mine a lot....but I have one!

I have a lot of hair, but like to dry la naturale.... lol....

can I ask another silly question (the 2nd for today - I'm on a roll ) but can I ask what a die cut is? I prob. already know but "technical" terms confuse me

For those who don't know what a scraplift is, it is basically when you
copy someone's layout in whole or in part using your own choice of
materials. You can scraplift a layout however you like - it is YOUR
interpretation of the layout. As a rule of thumb, when you scraplift
another person's layout, it is usually appropriate to say who you
"lifted" the layout from if you are displaying it publicly, and layouts
created from scraplifts should not be submitted to competitions or
magazines.

no such thing as a silly question! as I always say, if you dont ask, you dont learn...people should NEVER stop asking questions for their entire life as far as I am concerned...no-one knows everything do they?

a die cut usually refers to a machine-cut image. in this case, Vicki is referring to the large bits of pp Paula has used in her LO that have been cut into pretty shapes (the scalloped piece and the bracket shaped piece). just use something you have laying around to make your own "die cut" looking pp (eg, another die-cut paper, a plate or just free-hand draw one)

A tip I have for you when buying die-cuts is to trace around them onto cs before using them and keep a template of each one - you get waaaay more bang for yor buck that way! (I dont even care what colour / pattern in on them anymore - just what shape they are...LOL)

Nice challenge Vicki, and love the colours in your LO. I need to start using purple a bit more, I like it but find it hard to use. The LO's already up look great, I'm hanging to get into them. Keep it up ladies!!!!

Am sooooo loving be back into scrapping.
