From Picture to Page show Pakenham

Post by elfworks on Fri Jun 08, 2012 8:42 am

Hi Everyone,
due to the floods in South Gippsland we had to postpone the show at the last minute because the SES took over the venue. Roads were closed in a lot of areas and many people would not have been able to come.
We tried to let as many people know as we possibly could, but unfortunately some people did make the drive to the venue. I was informed that venue management would be on hand over the weekend. Had I known this was not the case, I would have been there and I apologise for this situation.

We've managed to reschedule for the 7th & 8th July - this was the only available date we could get this year!
As expected we've lost a few traders due to school holidays and prior commitments, however we're going ahead. At this time we are 85% full and hope to reach a full 100% of traders by the time the show rolls around in about 1 1/2 weeks! Yikes so soon!

We're still giving away a free rubber stamp with your entry fee as well as a discount ticket for you to use at one of our future shows.
Here's the details:

Saturday 23rd June 9.30am − 4.30pm.
Sunday 24th June 10.00am - 4.00pm
The Cardinia Cultural Centre,
Lakeside Drive, Pakenham.
(just off Princes Hwy, opposite Dollar Curtains, Officeworks and Bunnings). MEL: 215 H5
Adults $9.50 inc GST.
Kids under 16 free entry.
Lots of great traders and things happening and a bit of a bonus - FREE GIVEAWAY!
Every person who pays the entry fee will receive a really cool rubber stamp courtesy of Fern Gully Stamps.
This is a wood-block mounted stamp and one that the whole family can use and yep it's free with your entry fee.
We have heaps of product demos and make-n-takes as well as classes and competitions.
We have our ever popular kids' card-making and we've also made the interior aisles a bit wider so it's more comfortable for everyone.
Apart from our regular lucky door prizes we have 3 big big prizes valued at over $600.00 to be won - these are also courtesy of Fern Gully Stamps.
For the kids we have a colouring competition with fabulous prizes donated by Little Bits.
All in all lots to do and see and learn and enjoy!
You can check the blog for list of traders:
