First Timer!!

Hey guys... just wanting some advice and a go ahead.
im thinking of submitting this LO (somewhere)



i did it for Aug 123 challenge am i allowed to sub it????
And if so, do i have to wait for winners to be announced.
Is the heading to big for a magazine????

Being a First timer i have no idea what im doing!!!!

Love your LO Nikki - it is just gorgeous. How did you get your alphas like that?

I am not sure what type of challenge it was that you did - but I am under the impression if it was a scraplift you shouldn't submit it - I "think" that is the only time you can not submit. But bear in mind - I have only ever submitted one thing so I am by far not an expert.

You do not have to wait for winners to be announced - but if you do get accepted it will have to be removed from anywhere it is displayed online which usually means you will be out of the competition.

In my opinion - the heading is not too big - it is gorgeous.

Anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong on any of these points.

I have no idea either, still to sub myself, but Ants advice sounds about right to me from what I have heard.

Ant- for the alphas i used -frayed burlap- distress ink, then covered it with stickles.

it wasnt a scraplift so im safe there lol

Great LO, go for it, Nikki. I've never subbed myself, correct me if I'm wrong girls, but I did read somewhere some mags don't want the titles to close to the top, in case it makes the front cover.

Thats right Joy, but i think it just means they won't put anything on the cover with a big title at the top. The title can be anywhere to just be in the mag!!

go for it Nikki! I see no problems with your LO in terms of what mags ask for.

Ant is correct with what she says above, but I would wait for judging of the challenge to be finalised before you submit it so you dont have to take it down if its accepted.
