What really gets on your nerves????

Post by Vicki on Tue May 12, 2009 3:47 pm

What really gets on my nerves is people who try to push in front of you in a line...that so irks me off, happen when i was up the hospital today waiting to get served, so to speak, and this woman decides to step in front of me...hmmm like i'm sorry but we're all pregnant here and we've all waited so lady just back up Smile but of course I said it in a more diplomatic manner...

So what really gets on your nerves?

People who get cranky at receptionists (and bus drivers, etc) because they're 'not important' and then are nice as pie to the 'important people'. I work in a physio practice, and people will tell me off for something I had no control over, and then smile sweetly at the physios and pretend nothing is wrong.
Also, to a lesser degree, people who call me the wrong name. My name is Liz. One syllable. Not that tough. But I get Ruth, and Lou, and Sue instead! Smile

Where do I begin???
Bad drivers, for a start! Mad

The ones that...cut you off / drive too slow / don't indicate / don't know how to use roundabouts / won't let you in / don't acknowledge when you let them in / steal your carpark / sit in the right lane when not over-taking / ignore you when they know they've done the wrong thing / drive like maniacs / use the phone or text while driving / tail-gaters / drive utes or trailers with stuff flying off them / are oblivious to other drivers around them / don't understand basic road rules / demonstrate no road courtesy.

I have come across every one of these drivers, and if one of them ever smashes into my car with my DD inside it as a result of stupidity, they better hope that they are already hurt...
