Hehehe - Tim tams are better done with port!

Lucie, my friends from Hull, PQ have managed to find a place where you can buy Tim Tams over there....I'll see if I can get the details for you. Tim Tams with port are one of their favourite Aussie treats.

All this talk of baileys and port- how much of this did you consume before the tim tams were broken out ???

LOL. I must admit by the end of it all, I end up just drinking the port, tokay or muscat - whatever is on hand. You think that is bad.....you should see what we did when we were learning how to give injections. We used to suck up Vodka in the syringe and inject it in to the orange....we would do this several times and then od course there was nothing left to do but eat the orange.

YUMMM!!!

I am sure you could make a very yummy cocktail involving Baileys and Tim Tams...put them in the blender with some milk (and maybe some of that vodka) and see...
