Shop and Crop Design Team Call

Shop and Crop Scrapbooking has positions open for one talented scrapbooker and one talented cardmaker, to become part of our Design Team.
Our newly appointed Design Team members will create fresh, unique pages and cards with a consistent, visually pleasing style.. Projects will be posted in our gallery and will feature in our newsletters, kits, promotional material and on our website.
Members of our Design Team should also have a personal interest in participating with the Shop and Crop Online Community.
Design Team members also have the opportunity to teach workshops in the custom-built Shop and Crop Online classroom.
Design team membership will be for a period of 6 months, from November 2009 to May 2010, after which time the position may be renewed.
Shop and Crop Design Team members will be supported with a range of product from which they will be expected to produce 2-3 projects per month. A generous store discount is also offered, and bonuses for special projects.

Special conditions:
- All layout/BTP images produced as part of the Shop and Crop DT will become the exclusive property of Shop and Crop Online for a period of 3 months from the due date. Furthermore, these images are not to be displayed on any other Australian online store web site gallery, at any time.
- Design Team members of Shop and Crop Online may not be a member of the Design Team of any other online scrapbooking business, based in Australia. (this does not include magazine, manufacturer or wholesaler design teams). If you are considering applying we allow successful applicants a four week overlap between commencing a Shop and Crop DT position and terminating a position from another online store.
- Full conditions of the Design Team contract will be forwarded to the successful applicants.

TO APPLY:
- To apply for the scrapbooking position please submit six projects, five of which must be layouts and one of which must be a scrapbooking project other than a layout. One of the five layouts should be specifically about yourself the applicant (tell us about yourself on a layout).
- To apply for the cardmaking position, please submit 8 cards which best represent your cardmaking 'style'.
- Files must be .jpg no bigger than 600 x 600 pixels and under 300kb each.
