Challenge 4: Let's Glam It Up!

Subject: Challenge 4: Let's Glam It Up! Sat Nov 07, 2009 10:22 pm

This challenge is all about a style some of you may not have heard of before, the GLAM style. Glam gives a fresh twist on the minimalist style! This style uses bold colours, glitz and fashion inspired accents. Items such as bling, sequins, fishnet stockings, beads and anything that sparkles and shines is perfect! Glam is all about making a visual statement! This style doesn’t takes itself too seriously and instead provides a fun and sometimes cheeky break from the usual scrapping styles.
So...for the challenge, you need to create a layout in the glam style using the following criteria:

- B & W photo
- Bold colours
- Sparkle & shine - bling / sequins / beads / glitter, and
- A catchy title inspired by a rock n roll or fashion saying
(LO should have a funky, youthful “edge”!)

And the optional (bonus points) criteria for this challenge is to include a butterfly embellishment!!

The prize for this challenge is a $20 Downunder Direct Prize Pack!
All entries must be loaded into the ‘Let’s Glam It Up!’ folder in the Nov CC Gallery folder by midnight Nov 25^th!!

Hmmmmm.....is there going to be a sample??? Im not exactly sure I know what this one is. Sounds like a it'd be perfect for a teenage girl LO, but I dont have one of those...lol!!!!! Might see if I can borrow one for some pics

There is NO DT example for this challenge, however this is the example from the magazine that we set the challenges from. The layout is by Marnie Sanford.
